What Did I Pack

I started this trip a week ago knowing the first two destination in the next two months and don’t have a clue on where I will end up after that. It’s easy to pack stuff that you know you can use depending on location (e.g. winter clothes if you’re going to cold places) but a bit challenging if you don’t have a fix plan at all. I tried to pack items that i think I might be able to use regardless of season.

Clothes

5 Shirts
2 Polo Shirts
1 Long Sleeve Shirt
1 Hoodie
1 Reversible Fleece Jacket
1 Board Shorts
2 Casual Shorts
1 Pair of Jeans
7 Pcs of Underwear and Three Pair of Socks
1 Pair of Hiking Shoes
1 Pair of Rubber Slippers

Travel Items

1 GE Underwater Camera: I bought this at Anson’s but it stopped working yesterday and I’ve only used it twice so I’ll be returning it when I come back to Manila.

1 Medicine Kit: You’ll never know when you’ll need it.

1 Sleeping Bag: My best ally against bed bugs.

1 Off Lotion: To keep me safe from Dengue or Malaria

1 Netbook; Helping me update my blog at least once or twice a week.

1 Snorkeling Set: I don’t want to pay P100-P200 per day on rentals.

1 30L Backpack for everything I carry vand 1 Small Messenger Bag for my Laptop

1 Electric Stove and 1 Aluminum Pot; For cooking meals

1 Plastic Food Bin that doubles as my plate

1 Swiss Knife and a Pair of Spoon and Fork

1 Atlas: To give me an idea where I am.

1 Water Container

travel gears

Since I’m travelling with a friend, I have the luxury to share some items instead of bringing my own like Ipod, DSLR, chargers etc.

With all these stuff on my bag, it weighs around 13 kilos whish is damn heavy. I’ll leave some items before we flew to China by the end of this month.

I hope you find my blog helpful and inspiring. I left my home to pursue my dream of travelling and to learn how to become a digital nomad. Learn how you can support me by visiting my Support Page.  Your support will help me go farther. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the cam. We also brought one on our trip. A canon D10 underwater cam pero it didn’t make it past Goa. It’s en route back sa US na kasi sa amazon binili. Hassle lang talaga especially since we’re still on the road with lots of beaches and no underwater cam.. Ingat sa biyahe!

hassle nga yan… sayang talaga… ibabalik ko pa pagkatapos ng trip dito sa palawan kaya di macapture yung underwater sa mga islands… ingat rin kayo sa byahe :-)

You didn’t bring a towel? usually backpackers bring this Absorbent Microfiber cloth since its easy to use, light, easy to dry as well…was looking for it in a mall here in Poland but couldn’t find one for man, some I found was for dogs and for the kitchen….pwede na kayang gamitin yong sa pang-aso?

  6. ready na ready na!!! ingats tsong!!! may you have a rockin’ time on the road. if you’re feeling the blues, just think how awful our life is working our asses of while you’re snorkeling!
