Where else can you find prisoners dancing in the tune of Thriller or Soulja Boy’s tunes… no where else but only in Cebu City, Philippines.
I went there a couple of years back and had a chance to see them dance live.

if you visit the philippines, go to cebu and ask around the hostels… they'll be able to give you some info about it…
WOW! This is very cool! Looks like they dance well as all of them prisoners look synchronized in their movements.
