Four Activities in El Nido That You’ll Surely Enjoy

Aside from the usual snorkelling and diving that most local and foreign tourists engage themselves in El Nido. I noticed that a lot of tourists are enjoying these four activities too.

Sun Bathing

A lot of foreigners can be found lying on the beach trying to get the best tan thay they could get from the sun.

Island Hopping

I can’t get enough of the beauty of the nearby islands of El Nido. You have four tour sets to choose from and you can also go to other beaches via boat.

Kayaking

This seems to be a popular activity among tourists in El Nido. You can rent a Kayak and explore the islands by yourself. If you’re not comfortable doing it on your own you can also hire a guide. Ask you’re hostel if they have this service, if not you can go to Marina Garden and there’s a small Kayak shop in front of it.

Swinging on a Hammock

Of all the things that I did in El Nido, this seems to be my favorite. As soon as I wake up I lie on my hammock staring at the beauty of the rock formations until I fall asleep. A good place to do this is in Marina Garden since they have one of the best views. Even if you’re not a guest of this hostel, you can just order a drink from their bar and use their hammock. Alternatively, you can bring your own and tie it on any trees along the hore of Bgy. Corong Corong. This is a good way yo past time while observing the local life in the nearby fishing village.

How about you? What’s your favorite activity in El Nido?

Hi Jalyn, El Nido town is quite small and you’ll easily find most accommodations along the road… here’s a list of accommodation that you can check /2011/04/accommodation-nido-for-all-budget/… Marina Garden seems to be a favorite among local travelers who go there :-)

      PS

Go to Nacpan and Calitang Beach, you’ll surely love it :-)
