I love the feel of the historic district of Macau! It is almost like you’ve been transported from Asia to Europe. I like the look of street art when it’s on neglected walls or areas that could use a little “livening up.” Not so much in UNESCO World Heritage Sites :-/

But I when something nice is created that adds to the surface I would say street art.
When someone just scribbles their tag on the wall then I would say vandalism =)
