Buddha's Eye at Swayambunath

This would probably be one of the most recognizable Buddhist symbol and can be found at Swayambunath in Kathmandu Valley. You could also see other pair of eyes at the four sides of the stupa which represent Wisdom and Compassion. Swayambunath is one of the most visited places in Kathmandu so expect lots of tourists when you go there. And beware of the monkeys as well, though they don’t attack people, sometimes they go very near and ask for food.
