Flipnomad’s Photo Thursday – Grand Palace Murals

 

Grand Palace

One of the best things inside the Grand Palace of Bangkok is the long rectangular hall rich with murals about scenes in Hindu and Buddhist Mythology (particularly the one shown in the photo above).

I couldn’t help but get lost in my imagination as I marvel at every scene depicted in the murals. It’s really fascinating. If ever you get the chance to visit Bangkok, be sure to drop by the Grand Palace and see this for yourself. It’s really amazing!

    Well the furthest I have made it out in the Pacific is Hawaii but I would love to
    get to Thailand someday. The murals look fascinating so I will read up more on them.
